  I'm grateful that they can choose the Chinese medicine and other treatments based on my physical condition at the time. It's a completely private room and there's not much noise outside, so it's really relaxing! They also explain things carefully, so I feel comfortable coming here.

  I wanted to try mugwort steaming, so I made a reservation through Hot Pepper Beauty. After a thorough consultation, they mixed mugwort with several herbs that were perfect for me. My first mugwort steaming session was quite hot! But as I adjusted the temperature and tried various positions, I gradually got used to it and started to enjoy it. The scent was wonderful, and the 40 minutes were so enjoyable that it flew by. My whole body was warm, I was drenched in sweat, and it felt like a sauna. The chiropractic treatment afterward was also excellent. While watching the athletic trainer, I felt relaxed and much more mobile after the mugwort steaming session. I also loosened up and was able to identify my own body habits. I plan to keep coming back.

  I went to the clinic to try to conceive my second child, and then got pregnant through natural cycle transfer. I've always had a constitution that makes it difficult for my endometrium to thicken, but after my period started again, I had mugwort steaming and chiropractic treatments. My endometrial pressure grew to its highest it's ever been (12mm). I liked the detailed counseling and the prescriptions tailored to my physical condition. I recommend it because you can go at your own pace without any stress!

  Because the parent company is a reputable acupuncture clinic, the practitioners are highly skilled. They are very knowledgeable and I learn a lot from them. The fact that it's a new store, clean and beautiful, is also a big plus. I'm currently taking the full-body course with the latest CellZero 2 machine, and each treatment is thorough and very satisfying. After just two sessions, the cellulite on my stomach and thighs has significantly decreased. My waist size has also decreased, so I can now wear jeans that were previously too tight, and I'm really seeing the effects. I think you can get even better results by doing strength training and stretching in parallel. The facial treatment, especially the Korean bone massage (Golki), is excellent, so it's worth trying if you're interested. The mugwort steam bath is also very relaxing, as you can enjoy it in a private room while sipping herbal tea. Since they focus on warming therapies, both the CellZero and mugwort steam baths seem to contribute to improving one's constitution in that respect. They also offer chiropractic courses and various other treatments, so if you enjoy massages and similar therapies, it might be worth trying.
