  You can do a mugwort steam bath completely by yourself. They give you a thorough explanation at the beginning, so you can relax. Once it started, it was much hotter than I expected. It felt more like the steam was making it hot. I looked it up on my smartphone and it said that if it gets too hot, sitting with your legs crossed like you're in a fetal position will make it better, so I managed to get through it that way, lol. Also, it's boring for 30 minutes, so you should bring something to read, like your smartphone or a magazine.
