  三ノ宮駅から徒歩12分 北野坂にあるよもぎ蒸しの専門店 ブースは2名以上で貸切りにでき、3名まで一緒に利用できます 5種類あるブレンドの中から、体調に応じてその日のブレンドを選びます 3回目の訪問は家族3名貸切りで、いつもの国産よもぎ＋熊笹ブレンド ・国産よもぎ よもぎは全て全草で自然栽培の国産よもぎを使用 よもぎは古くから 「ハーブの女王」と呼ばれ、 薬草・食用・お灸・入浴などに使われています よもぎには血行・発汗促進・抗炎症作用などに効果がある成分が入っています ・熊笹 北海道産の熊笹を使用 熊笹は古くから民間療法や自然療法で重宝されています 熊笹には、抗菌・抗炎症・免疫サポートなど効果がある成分が入っています 心地よい香りに包まれながらのヨモギ蒸し温活は約45分間 最初の10～15分は背中側を温め、残りの時間は前側に蒸気を当てて、身体全体をじっくりと温めます 今回は足湯もさせていただいて、足からも温まりました ホカホカと温まって汗をかき、いただいたお水で水分補給 ケープから腕を出せるので、読書やスマホなど好きなスタイルで過ごせます 施術後も数時間かけて効能成分が身体に吸収されていきます 体の内側からじんわり温まる感覚が、数日かけて巡りへと繋がっていきます 家族で素敵な癒し時間が過ごせました ありがとうございました

  I went for a mugwort steam bath in Sannomiya! 🧖🏻‍♀️✨ It was only 3,900 yen for my first time, and it was only my second time ever, but I sweated a lot and felt like I was detoxing! There were many types of herbs to choose from, and it was fun to smell them and select the one that suited me best. ☺️ Water and two towels were provided, so it was great that I could go empty-handed. My two friends and I were seated side-by-side in a private room, so the time flew by while we chatted. 🩷 Kobe is close to both the mountains and the sea, and the air was so refreshing. 🌿 I was able to get to the building easily using Google Maps, but the shop's location was a little hard to find. I think referring to the directions on their official Instagram will help you get there smoothly. ✨

  寝不足、疲労、産後のケアということで、お伺いさせて頂きました。 ヨモギは、効果に合わせてブレンドされたものから選択可能！ グツグツとヨモギが温められると、部屋いっぱいに広がる良い香り。 香りからして、身体に良さそう！！ 5分もすれば、ぽわ〜っと身体が温まり、心も身体も癒されました。 ※中温からスタートなので、温度調整していただけます。 また、1人でもお友達とでも良いとのこと。 予約時に、調整等してもらえます。 ※着替えも仕切りがあるので安心でした。 手ぶらで行けるのも良かったです！ ※ヘアピン、タオル、ドライヤーの無料レンタル有。お水も付いていました。

  I tried a mugwort steam bath for the first time, and although I'm not sure about its effects, it felt very good. The interior looked like a converted conference room in a building, so I think it would be even more special if the interior were refurbished to create a better atmosphere.
